DPM has experience with many different types of materials, here are few most common ones: Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, HDPE, LDPE, Silicone and Raw Fiberglass Fabrics made to client specs.
If it’s a new part with new tooling needed, typically the first production run would be a 12–14-week lead time. All orders thereafter would range in the 8–10-week range.
DPM will work with your 3rd party or internal logistics team to schedule pick-ups and delivery from a warehouse. End to end delivery options are available as well to provide a seamless hands-off experience for clients.
DPM has third party quality control teams to ensure manufacturing of goods is held up to a high standard and meet client requirements and satisfaction.
DPM has a sister company that is a CNC shop based in IL, where some client work is done but DPM relies more on their vetted domestic and international manufacturing partners. DPM ensures partners all go through quality checks and are ISO9001 Certified.
DPM typically works in the range of minimum +/- .005mm tolerance. DPM can produce small parts or large die casted type parts just depends on the need and the process that would be required to manufacture the end product.
